I’m the Executive Director of Diann Shaddox Foundation for Essential Tremor, a nonprofit I helped establish in 2014. DSF mission is to advance knowledge and recognition of Essential Tremor worldwide and find new treatments and a cure for Essential Tremor.
Randy is a team-oriented executive with 42 years of experience in business marketing and operations. He has an extensive track record of successful leadership and excellence in business development, sales, consulting, and account management. A passionate leader working with resolve to enhance the lives of everyone who will inherit or develop Essential Tremor bring new treatments and find a cure for ET.

Dear Friends,
As we reflect on this past year our message is one of gratitude.
The Diann Shaddox Foundation achieved significant milestones in 2024. Our foundation has gained momentum by uniting the ET Community, establishing a network of industry leaders, sharing knowledge raising awareness, and informing the medical community.
In 2025 we are hosting our first National Essential Tremor Conference“ Shaking up the World for ET” & A Night to Shine for ET Gala, on May 2 and 3, 2025, at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa in Clearwater Beach, FL.
It's time to take action. Get your ET Conference ticket now. Be a part of Shaking up the World for ET and show the medical industry, lawmakers, and research doctors, that we matter. We must stand up, unite, and make our voices heard. "Alone we are ignored. Together we are strong."
As the year ends and we celebrate the holiday season with family and friends, I want to express our heartfelt gratitude from everyone at the Diann Shaddox Foundation for Essential Tremor for your support and donations. Together, we can create a world free from Essential Tremor.
But, we can’t do this alone! We will not stop until the world recognizes Essential Tremor and we have found new treatments and a cure.
