I am the Executive Director of Diann Shaddox Foundation, a nonprofit I helped establish in 2014. DSF's mission is to empower patients and research the root cause of Essential Tremor to discover a cure.
Randy is a team-oriented executive with 42 years of experience in business marketing and operations. He has a proven track record of successful leadership, excelling in business development, sales, consulting, and account management. Thank you for supporting the Diann Shaddox Foundation for Essential Tremor Research in 2025. Together, we have accomplished so much, and we are making astonishing advancements in Essential Tremor Research.
The Diann Shaddox Foundation faces a significant amount of work ahead. This responsibility is fundamentally different from any previous ones, and we will approach it with determination and resolve.
Under the decisive leadership of the Board of Trustees and the dedicated Scientific Advisory Board, the Foundation’s 2026 goal is to become the leading organization for developing new therapies and groundbreaking treatments to propel a new era of advancement in ET medical research.
We urgently need the ET community to join us.
Our mission is clear, our path is set, and with the right resources and funds, our vision will be realized, bringing hope and steadfast support to those profoundly impacted by ET.
