When you arrive at the Conference Hotel you may sign in at the DSF Registration to receive your name tag, conference kit, & your Conference Program Agenda. Your name tag will will allow entrance to all conference activities and will be your ticket to A Night to Shine for Essential Tremor Gala.

    The Diann Shaddox Foundation (DSF) handles all personal data according to our privacy policy.
     
    For your booking within the DSF 2024 ET Conference, the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data is imperative. This is done solely as a means of the organization and completion of the event. We will collect your data on behalf of DSF.
     
    Your data will only be passed onto a third party that is directly involved with the running of the Conference and when the organizational procedure makes this necessary (operator, hotel).
