Individuals & families living/diagnosed with Essential Tremor in the United States are eligible to submit to the DSF Family Assistance Program.

Specific guidelines for programs
The DSF Family Assistance Program is a temporary assistance program and helps keep families safe and healthy through difficult times. The program offers several programs to eligible people and will assist families with basic Essentials like food, gas, help children with school supplies, and medicine.
The program’s purpose is a temporary assistance program to help families, individuals with immediate financial help and improving their quality of life and assisting with making informed decisions about their futures.
Forms and assistance are available only to all who live in the United States. The exact services vary from state to state.
Over 10 million Americans, including children have Essential Tremors (ET). Recent research indicates that 5 out of every 100 children under the age of 20 has Essential Tremor. DSF works with people worldwide to show that ET is an international progressive disorder and can worsen with time causing serious debility . We are unwavering to assist families with our Programs. ET can begin at any age, from birth to 100 and doesn’t discriminate with age, race, sex, or national origin.
