Does the Foundation sell, rent or trade donor information (mailing and e-mail addresses and phone numbers) to other agencies?
The privacy of our donors is very important to us and we do not share or sell this information.
Can I make a donation in honor or memory of someone?
Yes. For more information about this process, please visit our Memorial & Honor Tribute page. DSF will mail an acknowledgment card to your designated recipient or recipients, informing them of your donation (the amount of the gift is not included).

Is my donation tax deductable?
Yes, the Diann Shaddox Foundation is recognized as a tax-exempt charitable organization defined by section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. For reference, the Foundation’s EIN is: 47-1008505. Your gift to the Diann Shaddox Foundation is a tax-deductible donation to the full extent provided by law.
